Bug Description

Binary package hint: grub2

upgrade was stuck in grub update script, ps auxf showed it was into probing a device (sorry, lost the info). I killed it, but it didn't unblock. I killed its parent and the upgrade unblocked. I then rebooted.

This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If this is still an issue on a maintained version of Ubuntu please let us know.
