Bug Description

Binary package hint: grub2

on an ec2 image with grub-pc installed, a grub-pc upgrade forces the user to configure grub.

I will need to pre-seed these values during the image build.

the image creation scripts fix part of this, and under bug 623609 other changes were made so cloud-init would seed the correct values.
