After reboot I was launched
$ dpkg --configure -a
and recieved next:

root@themengzor-laptop:/etc# dpkg --configure -a
Настраивается пакет man-db (2.5.7-2) ...

Настраивается пакет grub-pc (1.98-1ubuntu5) ...
Installation finished. No error reported.

It means that after reboot bug was disappeared. Pretty cool :-)
