Bug Description
on a networkshare i created a new directory. then i right-clicked on the new directory-name and choose permissions. there i found:
the permissions of "foo" could not be determined.
this networkshare is mounted by the automounter.
i use Ubuntu 6.06 Beta - released April 20 2006.

Does this bug still exist on an updated Dapper or Edgy Beta install?
If yes, could you please provide instructions to reproduce it consistently?
For example, what is the format of the network share?
