grub-common looks harmless enough, promoted that binary and the source. I kept grub-pc and friends in universe for now. I think we should promote them as we really need them, instead of explicitly seeding them to keep them in main "just because".

Per the grub2 spec, we'd like to start testing out grub2 in Jaunty with a view to more extensive developer allocation and possible change of default in Karmic. To that end, I'm going to promote grub-pc to main as well and put it on the DVD so that people can try it out more easily, although I'm not going to push for it to be on the CD in Jaunty.
