Bug Description
On my system, I use Ubuntu 23.10 in dual boot mode with grub and Windows11.
Actually I can't boot Windows11 with grub because I receive a bluescreen with the error-code 0xc0000428.
My Ubuntu 23.10 system is up-to-date. Last week I still could boot Windows11 with grub successfully.
With a BIOS initiated boot Windows11 will start successfully. That's the reason why I think there still exists a problem in grub with the signing.
With kind regards.
