Bug Description

Sorry if this is not helpful ! From an automated prompt to report issues & I am not sure what other info provided or required.

May be relevant background that this is a multiboot laptop & upgrade is from 16.04 via 18.04 using GUI not cli methods. Other errors apparently occurred whilst upgrading.

I note there is a confirmed bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1919019
