Bug Description

I just upgraded packages on 18.04 and now grub does not work with my keyboard when the keyboard is plugged into a USB hub. I have a Microsoft wireless keyboard. The keyboard works if it's plugged directly into a USB port on the back of my tower. But the keyboard does not work if it's plugged into the front USB tower port (an internal hub) or and external USB hub (which that hub connects to a port on the back of the tower).

They keyboard works fine in Ubuntu regardless of where it is plugged in.

It does not look like grub2 was updated recently. So this looks to be some dependency package issue? I'm not sure which.
