swapfile did not start after installation

Test case "Auto Resize"
During installation I chose to encrypt my home-folder, install all updates and 3rd party non-free codecs.
I noticed during boot there was a Failure of the Swapfile
on login I ran
systemctl status swapfile.swap
The showed:

I have the same issue on 17.04... follwed the manual create swapfile on this site. /wiki.archlinux .org/index. php/Swap# Swap_file

removed the old one, and then created a new one.
could the swapfile just not be created during installation?
