You have a third party program named "smfpd" installed that has a broken init script ( it is missing LSB headers ). You will need to remove or repair this program.

Thanks for the indicator. Looks like it was included in printer drivers I had installed. smfpd is a Samsung printer daemon that was included in the driver package.
