Seems to be an error in /etc/default/grub, probably in line
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="acpi_osi=\"!Windows 2012\"

I assume that there is a closing quote character missing.

Try changing to
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="acpi_osi=\"!Windows 2012\""
