The relevant error seems to be:

wrong argument count. You have to give the config as parameter 1!

Unfortunately 9 years later it is not at all clear what "wrong argument count. You have to give the config as parameter 1!" referred to, or if this is still an issue.

If encountering this on modern Ubuntu, please report a new bug.
