Unable to chainload Windows 10 (UEFI/SecureBoot)

Bug Description

With SecureBoot Enable, grub2 is unable to chainload Windows, always end with /EndEntire ... File not found). If i disable SecureBoot in the bios, It work.

Also, after i try to boot into Windows, Ubuntu hang at boot. I need to reboot in upstart mode if i want to return to Ubuntu, normal start work again after rebooting in upstart mode.
