Bug Description
In Ubuntu 13.04,
When:
GRUB_DEFAULT=saved
GRUB_SAVEDEFAUL
is set in /etc/default/grub, and update-grub is run, Ubuntu does not boot to the last selected OS.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add "GRUB_DEFAULT=
2. Run "sudo update-grub" to update grub menu
3. Reboot, choose OS other than the first one in the grub boot list
4. Reboot from that OS
Expected Result:
Grub selects the OS that was selected in the boot list
Actual Results:
Grub selects the first OS.
