Invalid Windows entry in GRUB1.99 menu

Bug Description

Ubuntu12.04 and Windows8 dualboot on 2 different disks. Default Windows entry in GRUB menu fails to load Windows, machine will reboot when entry is selected:

This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If this is still an issue on a maintained version of Ubuntu please let us know.
