grub-pc installation fails on upgrade to quantal

Bug Description

This happened after I upgrade to quantal quetzal. Package grub-pc was not installed and i receive an error when trying to manually update grub even though grub-install works well:

# update-grub
Gerando grub.cfg ...

Can you run "df" and post the results? And are you using a bios fake raid?
