In my case /dev/nvme0n1p4 is the rpool partition (the tests for the preceeding partitions (EFI,SWAP and bpool) passed or are skipped.

A deinstallation and reinstallation of the package brings no healing but the system remains bootable.

During 50mounted-tests the os-prober tries to map my zfs device /dev/nvme0n1p4. This fails (see syslog exerpt from 2020-07-10.

This appeared during the first trial of the installation of the update grub-efi-amd64-signed 1.142.1+2.04-1ubuntu2.

Until that, every update causes a new installation trial of this package fails, too.

$ sudo apt list --installed | grep grub-efi-amd64
-> grub-efi-amd64-bin/focal,now 2.04-1ubuntu26 amd64 [Installiert,automatisch]
-> grub-efi-amd64-signed/focal-updates,now 1.142.1+2.04-1ubuntu26 amd64 [installiert]

signalling that it is already installed.
