grub is non-functional on amd64

Bug Description

As discussed in email, the grub in the warty archive doesn't seem to work on
amd64 at all.

"The file /boot/grub/stage1 not read correctly"

3ubuntu13 is just uploaded, and it should fix the issue, at least it works fine
on my amd64 system.

Setting up grub (0.95+cvs20040624-3ubuntu14) ...
mdz@ubuntu ~ $ sudo grub-install '(hd0)'
Installation finished. No error reported.
This is the contents of the device map /boot/grub/device.map.
Check if this is correct or not. If any of the lines is incorrect,
fix it and re-run the script `grub-install'.

(fd0) /dev/fd0
(hd0) /dev/hda
