Bug Description
Maverick Beta, installing Ubuntu on a latop (Acer Aspire 3104 WLMi) having only a Win* installed previously.
- Installing form an USB key made using Ubuntu's "Startup Disk Creator" on another Ubuntu machine.
- Install goes well, installing "besides Windows" using all-defaults from installer.
- After install is over, noticed Grub's been installed onto USB key, not onto HD.
- Symptoms :
- WIthout USB key inserted, system won't boot at all.
- With USB key inserted, Ubuntu will start (from hard drive).
