Binary package hint: grub

After the installation of the linux-image-2.6.17-5-686, the menu.lst was not updated by grub because of two errors:

1.

ls: /boot/*-kdump: no such file or directory

User hook script /sbin/update-grub failed at /var/lib/dpkg/info/linux-image-2.6.17-5-686.postrm line 288

2.

ls /boot/*-kdump: no such file or directory

User hook script /sbin/update-grub failed at /var/lib/dpkg/info/linux-image-2.6.17-5-686.postinst line 1201
