Thanks for helping make Ubuntu better reporting this bug.

I can notice in your Dpkg log following:

Updating /boot/grub/menu.lst ... /usr/sbin/update-grub: line 1516: /boot/grub/menu.lst: Operazione non supportata
User postinst hook script [/sbin/update-grub] exited with value 1
dpkg: errore processando linux-image-2.6.28-15-generic (--configure):
 il sottoprocesso post-installation script ha restituito un codice di errore 1

With seem to be related to a grub problem, and I'm going to change it as such. Please feel free to mark this bug as 'Incomplete' if it's not an issue for you yet.

outdated report & no more maintained distro; please send a new one if that issue still exist (using ubuntu-bug)
