Bug Description
Not all users know how to modify their BIOS to boot on USB or on a Live CD.
In order to help them, the Live CD add a very useful entry into the Windows boot menu.
Unfortunatly, some have no Windows installed and still don't want to fiddle with BIOS. Why not adding entries at the end of the grub menu :
Boot on the CD
Boot on USB
It can be also very helpful when the system is broken for whatever reason.

outdated report & no more maintained distro; please send a new one if that issue still exist (using ubuntu-bug)
ps: this can't be added, per security design ( admin needs to strictly control the boot process; so no way to let the user booting from unsecured source)
