Linux Ubuntu version 6.06 Installer Crashed
Unable to install GRUB in hd0
Ubuntu 6.06 LTS - the Dapper Drake - released in June 2006.
The Partition Resizing dialog message dissapeared too fast before I could read it, but Linux Ubuntu v6.06 instlled into the free space 51% it says.
Then the installe worked ok until it tried to install the GRUB at this point the message says: Unable to install GRUB into hd0 which is a SATA Seagate 1.5 TB drive with two partitions on it. Linux was adding ext3 and ext4 I think to the free space, then it got this Unable to install GRUB into hd0 message.
We're sorry; the installer crashed. Please file a new bug report at https:/

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. I am going to assign this bug to the grub package in hopes that it will have a faster response. Good luck :D
