Bug Description
After installing Ubuntu Dapper Flight 5 the grub configuration tool messed up the menu.lst file.
The problem resides in my hard drive configuration.
I have 1 IDE drive and one SATA drive. The installation of Ubuntu and the grub stuff is on the SATA drive. When my computer starts up the SATA is detected by grub as hd 0 . The problem was that the menu.lsd was pointing to hd 1 . It seems like the installer decided that the SATA was hd 1 and the IDE hd 0 but that was incompatible with a normal boot-up.
