Bug Description

Binary package hint: grub

Testing Ubuntu 8.04.1 64-Bit and Intrepid Alpha 2 (fully updated) 64-Bit on a MacBook Pro rev. 3.

Formatting the whole hard disk and installing GRUB, Ubuntu itself basically works ok (though misconfigured as far as the keyboard and some other details are concerned). BUT: When you start the MacBook, the screen is grey for about 30 seconds until it turns black and the Ubuntu boot sequence starts.
