Bug Description

ubuntu 20.04 upgrade vie internet to 22.04 failed to boot; fiddled around with grub; failed to boot; used the boot repair tool; failed to boot; sent the boot-repair info in;
installed 23.04; 'unable to install grub to sda, fatal error'
So, no boot.
I would like my computer to boot again.I'm not sure if the bug report went in because it took me some time to reset my 'ubuntu one' password.

Bug reporting is about finding & fixing problems thus preventing future users from hitting the same bug.
