Bug Description

I have had problems with Ubuntu 22.04: after an update, I started to have boot problems as it said "system can't start mtd devices must be supplied"
I tried to reinstall Ubuntu 22.04, but the installation process would not even start.
Therefore I decided to reinstall 20.04.4, but then I received a message saying that there were problems with the grub installer package.
