install ubuntu desktop 64bits on dell inspiron 15-3567 with windows10 64 bits. all using uefi. when installing grub2 on hard disk ubuntu error

Bug Description

on notebook with windows 10-64bits, try many ways for install ubuntu 2204 desktop 64bits. fail to install grub2, (on sda or sd5 (efi partition) or sda8 / (root partition choose). try variety automatic, manual install. .ps my bios is update with last version from dell site. i already try hints from https://itzgeek.com/how-tos/linux/ubuntu-how-tos/how-to-install-ubuntu-22-04-lts.html
