erreur installation de ubuntu en dual boot avec windows 10

j ai lancer l'installation d'ubuntu en dual boot avec windows10. j'ai creer une partition pour ubuntu et une autre pour EFI tout se passait bien et a un moment de l'installation une erreur est survenue: erreur d'initialisation du grub
