failed install from ubuntu on thumbdrive while setting up nvme ssd

Bug Description

Was trying to install ubuntu 20.04 on my desktop to an ssd (3 total on computer). While the installer was running I was informed that their was a failure while setting up one of the nvme ssds, though not the one ubuntu was being installed into.

This is my first time reporting a bug so not sure what else to post. Will be happy to provide any additional information as necessary.
