Impossible acces and reinstallation of Ubuntu after Windows 10 update

Bug Description
On a dualboot hdd (Ubuntu & Windows), After february update of Window 10 the ubuntu partition has disappeared, (it is now marked as unused) and while tryning to reinstall ubuntu there is no possibility of reinstalling the grub-loader.
