Installation/Upgradation is broken in between

Bug Description

I tried to upgrade Ubuntu from 20.04 to 20.10, at the time of packages installation it is broken (stopped) and throws a error. in error it displaying "something went wrong, please contact your system admin". Then i tried new and fresh installation the same error occured and this time the error was bit different "Fatal error" click here to reboot the machine. nothing is moving forward to repair my computer.
