Bug Description

Using the Kubuntu 20.10 live cd to perform a new installation on a Thinkpad T14 AMD Gen 1 laptop. Updated libasound and restarted pulseaudio (soundcard was not recognized on boot--bug 1901922). Installed zfs-initramfs and zsys. Installed the ubiquity-frontend-gtk installer to gain zfs on root install option (not present in ubiquity-frontend-kde). Ubiquity quit while installing packages with notification that it encountered a bug during installation.
