i have an issue with ssd so i installed it on my other HD...as it war formaiting probably it crashed. but finished installation never the less

Bug Description

I have an issue with SSD so i plugged in my WD 500GIG into my laptop and used that to install OS...but as it was formatting my WD it probably got hung up on SSD so the installation finished but couldn't format SSD
