grub bootloader install failed, ubunu won't boot

Bug Description

installation process crashed at the end and thus the bootloader was not installed. Now I can not reboot my pc without a bootable device.

Hello Kamal, I noticed this line in your logs:

Oct 8 20:25:56 ubuntu ubiquity: grub-install: error: failed to register the EFI boot entry: Operation not permitted.

Does your BIOS / SETUP have any entries that would prevent you from changing your boot order?
