Bug Description
New HP Spectre Laptop - 16Gig RAM, 10th gen i7 with 512 Gig SSD NVMe H/D. Crashed with Secure Boot off, during install of what I am going to call the dual boot setup for GRUB. I did the install before with Secure Boot on, and the install completed, however it booted with a blue screen error. On reboot, the laptop went into boot up repair, and apparently reversed all of what was done, and Windows 10 Enterprise booted.
Retried with secure boot off and this is what happened.
