Bug Description
I experienced this bug when installing Ubuntu 20.04 with EFI. I am able to reproduce this bug on other computers. This bug only occurs when I install Ubuntu without network connection. When the computer is connected to a network this bug does not occur. I checked this on several computers and I was able to reproduce it.

Probably, this bug is due to my customized image. I customized this image with cubic. So, I am sorry if this is not really a bug. Anyway I can solve this problem with connecting the computer to the internet when installing ubuntu.
