Bug Description
Fail to reinstall Ubuntu 20.04 by using USB. The system was shutdown by electric failure, then it was not booting successfully. Thus, the plan is to make reinstall, but it's also failed due to GRUB installing process.

Hello, it appears the error you had during installation may have been temporary:
