Bug Description

Previous ubuntu install completed, but PC wouldn't boot to it, only to windows.

Booted PC using USB Stick. Then started new install, erasing previous install.

Removed USB stick in error, aborting install midway. Replaced USB stick, rebooted and continued install. Install continued sucessfully, but then crashed.
