Bug Description
During vanilla install of Ubuntu 20.04, the installer says grub-installed failed to install grub onto the partition. System was previouslly booting PopOS 18.04 without issue.
What I expected to happen: Ubuntu 20.04 and grub to be installed without issue
What happened instead: Ubuntu was installed, but grub didn't install into the EFI partition (presumably because it couldn't find it?)
