installation fails at GRUB2

Bug Description

Trying to install Xubuntu with windows 10 as dual boot. Installation fails everytime saying GRUB2 failed to install or something like that.

The disk contains an unclean file system (0, 0).

Please resume and shutdown Windows fully (no hibernation
or fast restarting.)

I turned off 'fast turn on' from the power options in windows 10 before doing the restart.
