I note
disk-by\ x2dpartlabel- Microsoft\ x5cx20reserved\ x5cx20partition .device appeared twice with different sysfs paths /sys/devices/ pci0000: 00/0000: 00:17.0/ ata2/host1/ target1: 0:0/1:0: 0:0/block/ sdb/sdb3 and /sys/devices/ pci0000: 00/0000: 00:17.0/ ata1/host0/ target0: 0:0/0:0: 0:0/block/ sda/sda3
Have you cloned one disk to another? but not changed the UUIDs?
A quick glance makes it look to me like you have created a condition that should NOT exist and this is a warning of problems down the road.
