Bug Description

I have uninstalled GRUB manually because a wanted to uninstall ubuntu in dual boot PC (second os is Windows 10). However, after that I can't boot into ubuntu or windows. I am stuck because it seems like I don't have any bootloader. I have tried to reinstall ubuntu, so GRUB will be installed with it, and I will have at least one bootable operating system. Aaaand there is an error with installing GRUB... so I am f@cked for now...
