Bug Description

Grub could have probably crashed because I'm using a Solid State Drive formatted using GPT. When I was asked by the Installer to provide another partition for efi, I modified the 1st partition to provide 500 MB and another about 4GB, then I formatted the 500 MB with ext4 assigned to be the efi partition, accordingly GRUB failed so I have to go back to partitioning, and I formatted the 500 MB partition to fat32 and again GRUB failed to install at it, what about if I try not to format it at all. This seemed to be not a problem when I installed Ubuntu in my laptop using BIOS, not efi, and MBR instead of GPT, and SATA instead of SSD.
