cannot install ubuntu, grub crash and error

Bug Description
When I install ubuntu alongside windows boot manager, suddenly stopped installing due to grub error. then I was advised to report a bug.
please help me to solve this problem

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug.
