something crashed the ubuntu installer, an error with grub, i believe is what it said. has happened twice.

Bug Description

intel core i5 dual boot on partitioned HDD with Windows 10 already installed on the other side. Mounted most recent from UbuntuStudio to Samsung 128gb USB stick and loaded from Bios. everything fine until an error with "grub" i've gotten it twice, but had such a terrible time making this account to report the bug, that i forgot the exact error line.

Your EFI system partition appears to not have the "EFI" directory on it. Can you open it and check?
