I have the same issue.
I get an 'Installer crashed' window telling me to close the window and a bug report will be submitted. However, nothing happens when I press 'Close'...

Me too: Grub installation failed" and the text below it says: "
The 'grub-efi-amd64-signed' package failed to install into / target/. Without boot loader the installed system will not boot."
