I am not able to relate with the post marked as duplicate. What is the solution for this problem? Bug #1059827 answers something else.

Your EFI system partition is corrupt; you will need to repair it with either dosfsck or Windows' chkdsk/scandisk.

Respected,

As advised by you I ran, chkdsk in Windows 10.

Link for my CHKDSK Results: https://pastebin.com/tRqLk94Z

Now after running chkdsk, I tried to install Ubuntu again, I got this
error: grub-efi-amd64-signed failed to install into /target/. Without GRUB
boot loader, the installed system will not boot. The details of the error
are here in this question:
https://askubuntu.com/questions/934415/ubuntu-16-04-grub-efi-amd64-signed-failed-to-install-into-target-error/934416#934416

Thanks in advance!
