Bug Description
I upgraded from factory install....which was 16.04 Xenial Xerius...then after installing the upgrade sent to me by System 76, which was 16.10 new release of Yakkety Yak......soon after installing that, my recent file failed.....it said bus disconnected...then I try ti update and get error message stating package broken, remove 3rd party repositories, then open a terminal and type apt-get install-f, and that does not work. I then downloaded a fresh OS, LUBUNTU, my system checked the disk, OK, installed it, then I get error message saying install crashed. I hate Windows, now I am starting to lose faith in the $1,000 laptop I purchased and am still paying on. HELP!

Hi Lynn,
Thank you for submitting this bug report. As this appears to be several technical support issues rather than a bug against the grub installer, we've opened up a technical support issue for you on support. system76. com and have closed this bug. If we dig into this a bit and find a particular program with a bug we can help get a very specific bug report filed to help get it fixed.
Thank you,
System76
