Fresh install Ubuntu 16.04 with zfs on root

Bug Description

I'm try to fresh install on my notebook MSI GS70 stealth pro with native ZFS on root.
Next instruction used: https://github.com/zfsonlinux/pkg-zfs/wiki/HOWTO-install-Ubuntu-16.04-to-a-Whole-Disk-Native-ZFS-Root-Filesystem-using-Ubiquity-GUI-installer

List disk partiioning:
